IT Specialist - Website Development and Maintenance Job Overview
Description: Seeking an IT Specialist to coordinate with and guide the vendors to develop, and maintain our company's websites, merge all websites in a single platform, develop/maintain App, ERP etc ensuring it is user-friendly, functional, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Website and App Development
To guide the vendor to modify websites for optimal performance.
Implement responsive design.
Develop and manage web applications and backend services.
Website Maintenance:
To ensure regular updates, security patches, and backups.
Monitor performance and resolve issues.
Maintain documentation of website features and functionalities.
Upload documents and videos for members
Work with various Internal departments to meet their website needs.
Other work:
To maintain the mail server in Microsoft 365
Post and update social media platforms- Facebook, Instagram etc.
To look after IIF hardware, software and networking including security camera, tv, projector & speaker setup
To maintain and update a database of IIF's digital assets.
Salary: Rs 30-40 K per month
Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience of Handling website and apps; knowledge of HTML

Description: National Centre for Technical Services (NCTS) is a Centre of Excellence set up by IIF in Pune to advise and guide members on technical problems of process/ product and technology. It requires a technical professional who is inspired by any opportunity to serve not one but many organizations pan- India. Energy /enthusiasm / networking capability with foundry / energy environment professional would be key attribute for the position, The Centre develops relevant CDs, Films, Technical Broadsheets on various aspects of foundry technology and runs simulation services and offers consultancy service and training. The candidate is expected to co-ordinate and promote these activities along with administrative responsibilities.
Salary:
Qualification: The candidate should be an Engineering /Metallurgy / Foundry Technology graduate with 20 years acquaintance with foundry operation and leadership experience. He should be Computer savvy & possess good communication skills in written and verbal English. Compensation will commensurate with capability.
