National Center for Export Promotion
AIM:
The aim of the National Center for Export Promotion is to strengthen the global competitiveness of Indian foundry and allied products by providing strategic support to members. This includes fostering capacity building, promoting international market access, and driving sustainable growth through knowledge sharing, industry collaboration, and export facilitation.
OBJECTIVE:
To enhance and support the growth of Export of Foundry Related products and Castings from India and also to project India as a reliable supplier of high-quality Castings.
VISION of NCEP:
"Collaborate with the global foundry ecosystem to advance exports of Indian foundry and allied products.
Deliver member value through sustainable capacity building and enhanced access to international markets."
3) The Terms of Reference and Deliverables have also been established, aligned with the aim and vision of NCEP.
1) Preparing modules for and Facilitating training of
- Export Procedures, Documentation and Communication
- Programs for Credit, Finance and Credit Guarantee Insurance
- Programs on Quality Certifications and other International Requirements
2) Providing support to identify
- Markets/ Customers/ Agencies pertaining to Export
3) Facilitating Participation in International Fairs, Exhibition and Trade Delegations for Trade Facilitation and Capacity Building
4) Creating Awareness on Policy changes/RBI matters and other State Government matters
5) Collaboration with Government Agencies, International Organizations, Technical Institutions, Laboratories, Universities to promote exports.
6) Networking with all International Embassies, Consulates, Trade Attaches, Trade and Technical Bodies of other countries in India.
7) Establish relationship with Trade and Government organizations of other countries.
8) Inviting Leading International Buyers, organize Road-shows to create awareness of products/ markets.
9) Coordinating technical support for exports in:
- 3D designing, Proto-type and sample development
- Technical visits to Other Countries
- Market Research to identify products focus in various markets and India's penetration needs
- International Brand Creation through international magazines, social media.
